Reservations are GUARANTEED by Major Credit Card - please call or write/eMail for details. A deposit of $50.00 Canadian per room is required with your reservation.
** Please Note: Single-night bookings are welcome.
(Most area B&B's require a minimum 2-night stay).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation with less than 14 days notice before date of arrival will be charged $20.00 per night.
Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice before date of arrival - or failure to arrive - will be charged payment in full.

(Please Note: Cancellation fees will be waived if we are able to rebook the dates.)

Payment Methods:
We accept payment by American Express, Cash, Cheque, MasterCard, Traveller's Cheques and Visa.

Check In/Out Details:
Check-In Time: 1:00pm - 4:30 pm
Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am

Check-In/Check-Out Conditions: You are most welcome to pick up your keys and drop your luggage off earlier if it is more convenient.
If the Check-In time is inconvenient to your plans, please call us and we will try to arrange a convenient time.

Breakfast:
Full Breakfast provided between 8:30 and 9:30 am

If we do not know about them, we can't plan for them... PLEASE let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies so that we will be prepared to make your breakfast experience pleasurable.

Carbonnel offers a smoke free indoor environment. No smoking in the rooms, please.

If you want to smoke, there are ashtrays provided on the front porch and throughout the gardens.

Please Note: Due to Insurance and Fire Code restrictions, burning candles are also not permitted in the guest rooms. Sorry!

Pet Policies:
No pets allowed. (small Maltese on premises, confined to owners quarters only).
